1932 Ford 5 Window Coupe This 1932 Ford 5 Window Coupe has a very unique style that you dont see in a lot of these Street Rods. The all Henry Ford steel body has a filled roof and is very straight. You may not realize it but most of the 32s you see out there are really fiberglass. That means this car has the same steel manufactured on the assembly line Henry Ford is so famous for. The top has been left totally un-chopped which you rarely ever see anymore. This gives it a very cool profile look. The car is show quality painted Black that has a great shine. It is graphic and striping free allowing you room to customize the car if you see fit. The front windshield flips out and the rear window rolls down which are really nostalgic features. The cowl has been filled and was very well done. The hood has side louvers which give it a cool look while allowing the motor to breathe a little. The front spreader bar is nicely coated black and has finned aluminum caps on each end. Large round commercial headlights are up front with teardrop taillights in rear. While it does have a very smooth look the door handles and trunk handle are nicely chromed and still in place. The car has a solid stance and rolls around on American Racing Salt Flat wheels (15X10-rear, 15x6-front) that work with the car very well. The grayed out wheels have tri bar spinner caps and are wrapped with BFGoodrich tires (285/70/R15, 165/R15.) Powering this classic down the road is a smooth running, reliable 350 Chevrolet engine. The engine has a slight cam that gives it just the right amount of lope. The motor on this car is very nicely done and has a very nice shine. There is nothing better than the combination of Black with Chrome. The ball milled valve covers match the air cleaner and have a mirror like finish. The alternator is chrome, the AC compressor polished, and much much more. Electric fans are in place to keep the car cool at all times. The Edlebrock carburetor is nicely adjusted for a nice smooth idle. Block hugger headers are in place and ceramic coated. They create a nice rumble through the fully polished exhaust system. The engine is coupled with a 350 Turbo automatic transmission the shifts nice and smooth and runs through the driveshaft to a 9 Ford rear end. A dropped tube front axle suspension is in place with an all chrome four bar and drag line. In the rear is a chrome triangulated four bar with coilovers. So as you can see this isnt a cheaply done, thrown together classic. Disc brakes are found up front and the car stops nice and smoothly. The interior is done in all Burgundy leather that is in great condition. The carpeting is also Burgundy and has zero wear and tear. The bench seat is nice and comfortable and allows plenty of leg room. The door panels are topped with a nicely mounted arm rest and all chrome handles. The dash is nicely coated Black and is accented with the Stewart Warner gauges in a nice bezel. The AC/Heat runs through chrome vents that are nicely mounted. A Stewart Warner tachometer is in place to the left of the column and works with no issues. The tilt column is nicely painted and is topped with a Banjo steering wheel that is nicely wrapped in matching Burgundy leather. A Sony stereo system is in place and offers AM/FM and CD. The trunk is also nicely upholstered and finished off very well. This is a very well done car that needs nothing. It runs very well and has a great look.
