Jordan Domestic Shorthair Adult Male in Arlington, Texas

My story
Meet Jordan. He's about 6 years old. Since going to his foster, Jordan has really come out of his shell. He loves sitting by a window, flicking his short stubby tail back and forth as he daydreams about catching a bird. His foster mom has also discovered he likes to put some of his toys in his water bowl and fish them out later. He can be independent, but also likes to have a good snuggle every once in a while and purr his way into your heart. Although he'll cuddle with foster mom, he seems to especially like foster dad and pretty sure he prefers to cuddle with him. They seem to have the "bro-mance" thing going on. (But don't tell his foster mom!) He is playful and fun, but can play a little rough at times, so he may do better in a home without younger children. He hasn't been around other cats or dogs in his foster home, so he would need a slow proper introduction to another calm pet. He was rescued when his owner surrendered him and requested he be euthanized because he was "sick." Turned out his bladder was blocked with crystals, which was something that could be fixed. Now he's on a special food (easily available at pet stores and even Walmart). He's neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and litter box trained. You must submit an application to be considered for adoption. We cannot reply to all inquiries, but respond to all no obligation applications.
