My story
Meet Osito (a.k.a. Odie)! He's around 13 ½ years old, and such a sweetie. Osito weighs in at 8 pounds. He's almost completely blind, and he's hard of hearing. Luckily, he has a great sense of smell, and he is usually able to get around just fine. He enjoys soft places, being held like a baby, and treats. He responds to his name and is happy to take his medication when food is involved (thyroid and allergy meds twice a day). When you are in the kitchen, he will keep you company and ask you to share your food. He is shy at first, still working on potty training, and he will always scare easily, but with love and attention, little Osito will grow to love his new fur-ever home!To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/contact.
